Just as the racing program was about to begin at Humberstone Speedway, Mother Nature intervened with heavy rain showers and management called the show. The action that was scheduled for Zanchin Truck and Trailer Night would have featured the first of two visits of the season by the Southern Ontario Sprints.
Fans are encouraged to keep their ticket stubs and drivers to keep their wristbands and follow the speedway through social media and the website, www.humberstonespeedway.com to see when rain stubs will be valid.
Humberstone will be back in action on Sunday, June 11 as CAA Niagara presents a full card plus Mod Lites & Performance ATV Side-By-Side UTV Races. Pit gates open at 4:30 p.m. and grandstands at 5 p.m. with racing scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
