The Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series, owned by racing legend Tony Stewart, has released its 2017 schedule, featuring seven events less than five hours from the Western New York area.
On Saturday, April 29, the series visits Port Royal Speedway in Pennsylvania – located approximately 4.5 hours from Buffalo – then heads to Bedford Speedway, also in Pennsylvania, on Sunday, April 30; Bedford is also approximately 4.5 hours from Buffalo.
On Friday, May 5, the ASCC visits Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania – approximately 3.5 hours from the Buffalo area.
On Tuesday, June 20, the series heads to Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio – approximately 3.5 hours from Buffalo – where it will also be on Saturday, July 8 for the Lou Blaney Memorial. On Friday, July 21, the ASCC visits Eriez Speedway in Erie, Pennsylvania – less than two hours from Buffalo.
The series returns to Port Royal Speedway on Friday and Saturday, September 8-9, for the Tuscarora 50, which pays $50,000 to the winner.
