Wyoming County International Speedway, located at 35 Adrian Rd. in Perry, will be hosting the Shootout at the Bullring Friday through Sunday, October 7-9. Highlighting the weekend is the $10,000-to-win American 100 for Modifieds, which will go green on Sunday.
Festivities kick off Friday night with open practice beginning at 4:30 p.m. On Saturday, practice begins at 10 a.m. with two sessions each for the 4-cylinders, SST Modifieds, NYSS Super Stocks and Modifieds. Heat racing begins at 1 p.m., featuring NYSS Super Stocks, 4-cylinders and SST Modifieds followed by additional practice for the Modifieds and features for the Vintage Late Models, 4-cylinders, NYSS Super Stocks and SST Modifieds.
On Sunday, practice once again begins at 10 a.m. with three sessions each for Super Stocks, Vintage Modifieds and Modifieds. Heats begin at 1 p.m. for Super Stocks, Vintage Modifieds and Modifieds, followed by features for Vintage Mods and Super Stocks, and concluding with the American 100 Modified race. Saturday admission to the grandstand is $22 for adults, $20 for seniors (65+), $10 for kids 10-16 and free for kids 9 and under; a family pass for Saturday (two adults and unlimited children) is $55. On Sunday, admission is $28 for adults, $24 for seniors, $10 for kids 10-16 and free for kids 9 and under; a family pass on Sunday is $70. Two-day admission passes are available for $40 for adults, $35 for seniors and $15 for kids 10-16.
