|Dylan Westbrook won his fourth straight SOS event|

Oakland, Ontario’s Dylan Westbrook won the A-Main for the Southern Ontario Sprints (SOS) on Sunday night at Humberstone Speedway, his fourth consecutive victory on the SOS Tour. Brad Rouse won his fifth feature of the season for the PC Works DIRTcar Sportsman, while Dennis Lunger Jr. won his fifth main event of the season for the Pinty’s Delicious Foods RUSH Late Models. Dave Bailey won his third feature of the season for the JC Auto Street Stocks, and Jay Moulton won his second Cosco Haulage Mini Stocks feature. Dylan Llord picked up his seventh win of the season in the Mike Knapp Ford Pro 4 Trucks.
Cory Turner and Westbrook brought the SOS field to the green flag with Turner showing the way. Westbrook caught Turner with eight laps to go and completed the pass for the lead on Lap 17. Westbrook pulled away following a late race caution to pick up the win. Turner, Ryan Susice, Dave Dykstra, and Chris Steele rounded out the top five. Westbrook ran a lap time of 13.078 seconds during hot laps, which shattered the Humberstone track record.
Dylan Davidson and Adam Leslie led the PC Works DIRTcar Sportsman field to the green, with Davidson setting the pace early on. Rouse took over the lead on Lap 17, going on to score career win No. 101. Chad Chevalier scored a runner-up finish followed by Davidson, Cody McPherson and Adam Leslie.
Racing continues on Sunday, August 14 as Pinty’s Delicious Foods presents a full card of DIRTcar Sportsman, RUSH Late Models, Street Stocks, Pro 4 Trucks and Mini Stocks plus a 30-lap Eve of Destruction Enduro qualifier.
