Lancaster National Speedway & Dragway will bring together country music and stock cars for an unforgettable day at the Western New York racing facility, as the track and Back II Back Entertainment Group welcome country music singer-songwriter Chase Rice with special guest Eric Van Houten on Saturday, August 6 at 6 p.m.

The concert will be the second half of a stock car racing/country music doubleheader , as Lancaster's weekly Saturday night Stock Car program will move to a 2 p.m. start time to allow race fans to see both shows.

Rice co-wrote the 2012 Florida-Georgia hit single "Cruise" and then released his own the platinum-selling EP “Ready Set Roll” in 2013. “Ready Set Roll” topped the iTunes Country charts and landed in the top five of the Billboard Country Music charts. His full-length album “Ignite the Night” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country charts in 2014.

Rice also has a connection to the racing world as a former crew member with Hendrick Motorsports. He served as a tire changer on Ryan Newman's Nationwide (now Xfinity) Series car and won two Sprint Cup championships as a member of Jimmie Johnson's team.

Tickets for the concert are now on sale at Ticketfly.com. Pre-sale general admission tickets are just $20 and include admission to Lancaster's stock car racing program that day. Race fans and concert goers can enjoy four divisions of thrilling local short track racing featuring the Sunoco Sportsman, X-Press Signs Late Models, Advance Auto Parts Street Stocks and Roaming Buffalo 4-Cylinders.
Racing starts at 2 p.m. Tickets will be available the day of the show for $25. The concert will take place in the Lancaster National Dragway pit area with doors opening at 5 p.m. There will be a $5 charge for parking for those coming to the speedway after 4 p.m.
